Scoring System

Assessment Mark Distribution

Accrely uses a transparent, multi-layered scoring system that distributes marks across standards, criteria, and assessment levels to ensure fair and comprehensive program evaluation.

Four-Layer Scoring System

  1. Self-Assessment (PSAC): The Program Self-Assessment Committee scores each criterion based on internal evidence and documentation.
  2. AI-Assisted Scoring: Accrely's AI engine analyzes uploaded documents and suggests scores based on rubric alignment.
  3. IQAC Verification: The Internal Quality Assurance Cell reviews and adjusts scores for consistency and accuracy.
  4. BAC Evaluation: The Bangladesh Accreditation Council performs the final evaluation and assigns official scores.

Priority-Based Best Score Selection

When multiple scores exist for a criterion, Accrely automatically selects the best score based on a configurable priority order. This ensures that programs benefit from the most favorable assessment while maintaining full transparency — every score is visible in the audit trail.

Visual Breakdown

Accrely provides visual dashboards showing mark distribution across standards, highlighting strengths and gaps at a glance. Program coordinators can instantly see which standards need attention and where documentation is strongest.
